Cong blinks, may let Kumaraswamy keep finance

Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy is likely to keep the finance portfolio, a bone of contention between JD(S) and Congress, with the latter said to be agreeable to the former’s demand, sources said on Tuesday.
